Your subscription gives you flexibility to manage your deliveries. Here's what you can do.
Log into your account at doingwell.health, go to "Subscription Settings" or "Manage Subscription", and make your changes. Or email help@doingwell.health and we'll handle it for you.
Cancel your subscription before your next billing date with no fees or penalties. Just remember: canceling ends your Insider Club membership and your spot opens up for someone on the waitlist.
Change your shipping address anytime before your next order ships. We'll use the updated address for all future deliveries.
Swap credit cards, update billing info, or change your payment method in your account settings.
See all past orders, tracking numbers, and delivery dates.
What You Can't Do Yet (But We're Working On It)
Skip a Delivery: Not available yet. For now, you'll need to cancel and re-subscribe when you're ready — but you won't get back into the Insider Club.
Pause Your Subscription: Coming soon. Right now, the only option is to cancel.
Change Delivery Frequency: Currently set at monthly. We're exploring options for every 6 weeks or every 2 months based on feedback.
When am I billed? You're billed $55/month (free shipping) on the same date each month after your first order.
What if my payment fails? We'll notify you via email and give you a few days to update your payment method. If we can't process payment, your subscription will be paused and you'll lose Insider Club access until it's resolved.
Your Insider Club membership stays active as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, you lose early access to new products, you're removed from Insider-only giveaways, you lose access to the private @dwinsiders Instagram, and your spot goes to someone on the waitlist.
