International Shipping: When Will You Ship to Canada and Other Countries?

We're currently shipping US-only. International shipping is on our roadmap — here's what you need to know. Current Status: US Only We can only ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. Why US-Only Right Now? We're launching domestically first to nail the customer experience — product quality, shipping speed, and support — before expanding internationally. We'd rather do international shipping right than rush it. When Will You Ship to Canada? Canada is first on our list for international expansion. We're working on customs compliance, affordable shipping rates, and reliable delivery partners. We're aiming for Q2 2026 (April-June), but we'll announce the exact date once everything is locked in. What About Other Countries? After Canada, we'll expand to other markets based on demand. Countries we're considering: UK, Australia, EU countries (Germany, France, etc.), and Mexico. How to Stay Updated If you're outside the US, join our email list at doingwell.health. We'll notify you the moment international shipping opens, and you'll get priority access as an early supporter. Can I Use a US Address? If you have a friend or family member in the US who can receive your order and forward it to you, that works. Just make sure the shipping address you provide at checkout is valid in the US. Note: We can't be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or issues with international forwarding services. How to Change Your Shipping Address

Need to update your shipping address? Here's how to do it depending on your order status. Before Your Order Ships You can update your shipping address before your order ships. How to change: Email help@doingwell.health with your order number, full name, and new shipping address. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's shipped, we won't be able to make changes. Pro tip: Double-check your address at checkout to avoid issues later. For Active Subscriptions You can update your subscription shipping address anytime. How to change: Log into your account at doingwell.health, go to "Subscription Settings", update your shipping address, and save changes. The new address will be used for all future deliveries. Or email us at help@doingwell.health with your order number and new address, and we'll update it for you. What If My Package Is Already Shipped? Once the carrier has your package, we can't change the delivery address. You can contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx) with your tracking number to request a delivery change. When Will My Order Ship?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after you place your order. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Most deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping, depending on your location within the US. You'll get a tracking link sent to your email as soon as your order ships. Check it anytime to see where your box is. Check your spam folder first. If it's been more than 5 business days since you ordered and you haven't received a tracking email, reach out to help@doingwell.health with your order number and we'll look into it. Shipping is free on all orders — it's included in your $55/month subscription.]
