How to Change Your Shipping Address

Need to update your shipping address? Here's how to do it depending on your order status.

Before Your Order Ships
You can update your shipping address before your order ships.

How to change:
Email help@doingwell.health with your order number, full name, and new shipping address. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's shipped, we won't be able to make changes.

Pro tip: Double-check your address at checkout to avoid issues later.

For Active Subscriptions
You can update your subscription shipping address anytime.

How to change:
Log into your account at doingwell.health, go to "Subscription Settings", update your shipping address, and save changes. The new address will be used for all future deliveries.

Or email us at help@doingwell.health with your order number and new address, and we'll update it for you.

What If My Package Is Already Shipped?
Once the carrier has your package, we can't change the delivery address. You can contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx) with your tracking number to request a delivery change. If the package is returned to us, we'll reship to your new address at no charge.
