Each stick contains: Himalayan pink salt, citric acid, organic natural flavors (maltodextrin-free), dimagnesium malate, organic monk fruit extract, potassium chloride, organic bamboo extract, and organic coconut water powder.
Specific Dietary Concerns
Keto-Friendly: Yes. Zero sugar, zero carbs.
Paleo: Compatible with most paleo approaches since it uses organic, naturally-derived ingredients.
Low-Sodium Diets: Not recommended. Each stick contains approximately 1,000mg of sodium, which is intentionally high for performance and sweat replacement. If you're on a sodium-restricted diet for medical reasons, talk to your doctor first.
Pregnancy/Nursing: The ingredients are generally safe, but we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
