What You're Seeing
Sometimes you may notice small "floaty" bits or soft clumps right after mixing your electrolytes. This is completely normal — it's a mixing and dispersion thing and does not affect the flavor.
Why It Happens
Our formula is mineral-forward, and we use organic natural flavor ingredients, which can take a little longer to fully disperse. This is most noticeable in very cold water or when the drink sits without agitation.
How to Get a Smooth Mix
Add 16–24 oz of cold water to your bottle. Pour in 1 stick. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds. Let it sit for about 5 minutes. Shake again.
Pro Tips
A shaker bottle with a metal ball works great for a smoother result. A small hand frother (coffee-style) helps too.
