The Nootropic Energy + Focus Stick is doingwell's energy and focus product. It comes in POG, our passion fruit, orange and guava flavour.
It sits outside the hydration lineup as its own category, so it is separate from our Daily (500 mg) and Performance (1,000 mg) electrolyte sticks. Plenty of people use both.
What is in each stick
- 100 mg natural caffeine, from organic green tea and organic yerba mate
- 200 mg L-theanine
- 100 mg choline, from 250 mg VitaCholine choline bitartrate
The caffeine provides the energy. The L-theanine is included at a 1:2 ratio with the caffeine and is designed to help smooth it out for focus. Choline supports focus and memory.
Other ingredients
Organic natural flavors, Citric acid, Organic monk fruit extract, Malic acid, Himalayan pink salt, Organic bamboo extract.
