Each Nootropic Energy + Focus Stick contains 100 mg of caffeine.
The caffeine comes from organic green tea and organic yerba mate, not synthetic caffeine.
Each stick also contains 200 mg of L-theanine, included at a 1:2 ratio with the caffeine. L-theanine is there to help support a smoother, steadier feel rather than a sharp spike.
Who should not use it
The Energy + Focus Stick is not recommended for:
- Children
- Pregnant or nursing women
- Anyone sensitive to caffeine
Do not consume with other sources of caffeine. Consult your physician before use.
Do your other products contain caffeine?
No. Our hydration sticks, both the Daily (500 mg) and Performance (1,000 mg) electrolyte sticks, are caffeine free. If you want electrolytes without caffeine, those are the ones to reach for.
How many can I have in a day?
We suggest starting with one stick so you can see how it affects you, and keeping your total daily caffeine from all sources in mind.
